In context of the challenges due to the Covid19 pandemic, the 26th Annual Canadian Connective Tissue Conference will take place in the form of a Summer Blitz Series, running from June to August 2021. Weekly 70-minute sessions, hosted virtually via Microsoft Teams, will occur on Tuesdays at 3pm EST beginning June 29 and will consist of short trainee talks and multi-disciplinary discussions.
Trainee abstract submissions (250 words) are due on Monday June 28 at 11:59pm EST. Presentations (via PowerPoint) will be 5 minutes long, followed by 3 minutes of questions. Committees will be assessing quality of presentations for selection of trainee awards ($250). Presenters will also be expected to contribute to presentation evaluations committees of at least two sessions (other than the session they are presenting in). Presenters will be notified of their assigned presentation session and evaluation committee session dates.
